of all personal data submitted by candidates. Candidate information
is kept on HUIJIE's secure databases
and files, accessible only to HUIJIE
consultants and internet posting of personal information is a
non-occurrence. It is HUIJIE's practice
to reveal personal details of applicants to clients at the interview
stage and with the candidate's approval.
Candidates registering with HUIJIE have the right of access to
personal data in order to correct, update or have it removed from
HUIJIE's database. Candidate data is
retained for a number of years in order to assist candidates with
long-term career development. Candidates can contact HUIJIE@huijiechina.com.com
for data change requests or to have their records removed from
HUIJIE's database. HUIJIE consultants may contact candidates
who have registered with HUIJIE to verify their current employment
status.
HUIJIE reserves the right to verify information
supplied voluntarily by candidates. Such verification might include,
but is not limited to, checking academic qualifications with issuing
authorities, the confirmation of previous employment history including
salary details,
and contacting designated referees.
As part of HUIJIE's ongoing business
activities, information is collected for existent and potential
clients and used for the purposes of matching candidates to job
orders, business solicitation and sending information and newsletters.

provide recruitment services. The information is provided voluntarily
to HUIJIE by candidates seeking employment opportunities and by

In the event that clients fail to settle billings made within
agreed credit terms, HUIJIE may pass relevant details to
credit collection or reporting agencies.

on candidates or clients with any third party organization other
than detailed above.
