    Contingency Database Search
    HUIJIE uses a 'State of the Art' online, web-enabled, relational database with real-time update of candidate and client information. In any Database using Search 'success only' assignment, we could:

  • Meet the appropriate Human Resources and / or Line Manager to obtain a thorough briefing

  • Pre-select and interview suitable candidates from our database (how can you interview candidate?)

  • Ascertain candidate interest in the role

  • Forward full CVs of suitable, interested candidates

  • Organize client interviews, briefing candidates thoroughly and supply relevant corporate information

  • Liaise with both clients and candidates with constructive post-interview feedbacks

  • Manage offer and acceptance process to ensure a successful outcome

  • Maintain contact with the candidate prior to employment commencement



  • Retained Search
    Similar to the Database Search, with addition that all candidates are interviewed by the in-house consultants to ensure match to the client's exact requirements.
    HUIJIE's approach would depend very much on the brief, search criteria and urgency of the assignment. The strategy, approach and cost of such an assignment would be discussed prior to our appointment.
