Mr. Leung is the General Manager of Hui Jie China. He has more than 12 years computer solution selling experience and 13 years in executive search focusing in information technology, banking and the manufacturing industry.
After a successful career with a multinational IT vendor for 12 years, Mr. Leung joined GrammyTech in 1999 starting up the Taiwan branch and then leading the Guangzhou office in 2003. In early 2005, Eric was transferred to Shanghai, focusing on the IT, banking and financial services industry. During these years in Shanghai he has established solid performance with major multinational vendors which include IBM, eBay, SAP, etc. |

Mr. Yan is Director of Hui Jie Consulting Co., Ltd.. With his diverse experience prior to his engagement in the executive search business, Kennie is a generalist in executive search. He has successfully managing search engagements for clients from North America and European MNC¡¯s, whose size varies from the small, niche manufacturing company entering the China(Asia) market, to the world¡¯s leading Fortune 500 companies. Kennie is recognized for his ability to execute highly complex search engagements and to ¡°comb¡± candidates from all of Mainland China as well as from the Asia Pacific region. His clients include companies in virtually every business sector.
Prior to his engagement in the Senior Executive Search business, Mr. Yan worked for more than 10 years in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry and held various Senior Engineering positions. |
Ms. Xiao founded Hui Jie Consulting Co. Ltd. in 1995, having recognized the huge demand for talent in China. Her ambition and foresight have led HuiJie to become one of the few local executive search firms capable of keeping up with the ever changing needs of clients.
Ms. Xiao has managed senior assignments for a variety of blue chip companies and has been a key player in the development of modern HR in China.
